Analyzing accounting records and tracking monthly actuals vs AOPs. Research and make visible possible causes of deviation from AOPs. Preparing periodical reports/presentations to explain reasons for deviations and financial position of management units as well as TV channels to necessary supervisors and HQ to take proactive actions in case of any obstacles to budget plan.
