In the meeting, every finding or defect that arises during developing the product will be highlighted with necessary countermeasure action (CAPA) so that the highlighted issue will not happen in Mass Production2. In New Product Development, there is few stages need to be completed which is:i. Engineering Prototype (EP Stage)-All process, Material, PCB will undergo trial assembly. The evaluation will be done that consider possible defect that may occur before, during and after assembly that deviate from its original purpose and condition. Process sequence, necessary common parts, the usage of jigs and tools will be evaluated in in this stage. Transportation test, Drop test and vibration test will be carried and critical point and data will be collected to ensure that the parts combination is suitability before proceed to its final prototype stage. ii. Final Engineering Prototype (FEP Stage)After all parts (New parts and common parts), jigs and tools is finalize, the Process Instruction ( Working Instruction) will be developed based on trial at EP Stage. All finding or defect will be highlighted in the Working Instruction as point of reference (caution point). Final trial parts will be produced and final engineering prototype trial sample will be assembledto ensure that the product combination can meet its complete specification. Function test will be developed and the final sample will be tested of its functionality (Noise, connectivity, software and hardware).iii. Pre production (PP Stage)Small quantity of final sample will be produced in actual production line. But the sample will on hold because the sample need to get testify by others factory.iv. Mass Production (MP Stage)- Actual Mass production will be started based on market demand. The shipment approval will be acquired and the product will be released to sell to customer. -

Production Process overview based on KPI Monitoring System (Process-by process disposal, OEE, Market Claim, Non-conformity return sheet, NPI Success Rate) and determine possible ways to improve the process and reduce the disposal (PDCA ,5 Why Analysis, Kaizen, Genba, 8D methodology).2. Daily Monitoring Process-by-process stability (critical point) through SPC by using control chart (X-Bar R-chart, Pareto Chart, CpK) and take action if the data was varies from its control limit (Abnormal state). Ensure that the process capability min 1.33.3. Liaise with Supporting department such as QA,QC department, Product Engineering and Machine Introduction Engineering Department, Tool and Die Engineering department in doing Quality Improvement activity. Frequently coordinate meeting and discussion so that the target can be achieved. Th result of this continual improvement is production output increased from 7000 to 9000 per day (28% from original target).4. Study and resolve product/process issues that arises and prepare the techical report with supporting document including details analysis with countermeasure action (CAPA).5. Prepare and develop Process Instruction (Work Guidance Sheet) with Critical Control Item (Check Sheet) for every processes and provide educational lesson to enhance operator skill, method as to teach good manufacturing practises and to create "Quality Mindset" among them.6. Involve in Ibutsu activity, Genba Activity, 5S Activity so that the production line is in well manage with high quality environment. Successfully reduced Dust Abnormality (dust occurrence) from 1.5% to 0.4% of Ibutsu finding by implementing Ibutsu Activity to the whole production line. 7. Involve in New Product Introduction as a pioneer start from Early stage (Process review, Machine Confirmation) until reach its Mass Production successfully.8. Become pioneer in Genba Management Training as to teach and implement the Genba activity among all employee.
