• Integrated, engineered, administered and monitored systems include: MS Exchange, MS Lync, VMWare, McAfee Firewalls, WatchGuard Security Gateways, Cisco Routers/Switches, SCCM, Symantec BackupExec/Endpoint Protection, Fortigate, Fortimail, FortiAP, Citrix XenMobile, RSA, DHCP, DNS, GPOs, AD and all MS Office client products, Windows Server 2012 R2.• Manage network and security infrastructure, including cisco routers and switches, firewalls, content and spam filters• Use SCCM for OS rollouts, patch management and Software installations across the LAN/WAN• Monitor and Administration of WatchGuard Firewall Appliance• Monitoring LAN/WAN, Internet and Systems via WhatsUp Gold network monitoring• Built development and testing network (VMWare) in order to test all new hardware and software applications, configurations and systems prior to deployment into production• PowerShell tools used for AD, Lync and Exchange management• Citrix XenMobile Device Management and Application Controller infrastructure used to manage and deploy software to all iOS devices within the OPMMOI network• Administer FortiMail spam filtering to protect OPMMOI users from potential spam and malicious emails• Manage RSA appliances for OPMMOI user’s remote connection to the OPMMOI network (using RSA Key FOB)• Provide general user software, computer, network, and overall OPMMOI network usage training.• Provide network support via Cisco routers and switches (VLAN Management). Cisco hardware includes: Cisco 2900, 3700 and 3900 series• Support, manage audio and visual equipment and voice services including SIP trunk (VoIP and Unified Communications), Polycom VTC, public address and video surveillance systems, and Microsoft Lync platform• Unified Communications Support and Management includes: IM (chat) and presence information, voice and IP telephony and desktop sharing
