With stations broadcasting in Malay, English, Chinese, and Tamil, the role demands expertise in engaging diverse listener bases through tailored marketing campaigns, media relations, and public engagement, ensuring impactful, authentic communication that strengthens the connection between the stations and their listeners.

MANAGING over 400+ podcasts across Astro Radio’s platforms, ensuring content diversity, quality, and audience engagement. The position requires strategic leadership to drive growth within the Malaysian podcast industry. As the founder of the "SYOK Podcast Awards Malaysia", the role also champions excellence in podcasting by recognizing and promoting local talent. This initiative aims to elevate the podcast landscape in Malaysia, providing a platform for creators to gain visibility and encouraging more Malaysians to embrace podcasting. Responsibilities include curating new content, guiding podcast creators, and implementing initiatives to enhance the overall podcast experience for listeners.
