• Responsible for Activation & Confirmation of General, Hazards & Out of Gage cargo bookings for India trade, making Bills of Lading• To ensure all bookings taken by customer are duly processed thereby facilitating loading of containers & thereafter release of Bills of lading to the customers. • Preparing of Freight Quotes for shippers from India to various destinations. • Personal interaction with locations for getting freight proposals Uploaded in the system for easy & timely release of relevant documents.• Co-ordination with Customer care department, order handling, Audit & Supports desks and solve the query.• Responsible to ensure 100% accuracy and total data quality with minimum error both at personal level and for the team.• Worked Audit Department for ex-India shipment • Manifestation of Bill of Lading (Shipping Document) on the Arrival of the Shipping Instruction from Shipper, which comes through E.D.I (Electronic Data Interface), E-mail and fax.• Preparing vessel certificates and shipment certificates as required by the shipper for shipment destined to countries restricting entry to containers for certain pre-conditions.
