Mine is a personal injury trial practice focused on representing railroad employees under the Federal Employer's Liability Act. I am designated legal counsel for the International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers, Division 19 (railroad workers), and, since 1990, have represented hundreds of injured employees of all crafts in most states east of the Mississippi River. I am licensed in four states (Alabama, Florida, Georgia and Mississippi) and numerous federal district and appellate courts. I have also represented victims of railroad crossing accidents, employment disputes, motor vehicle collisions, premises and medical negligence.
