If you are a technology company and you have customers, then you likely need me. In my career, I have been in a wide variety of roles that were all geared towards enabling customer success. My favorite roles are those where I can work hands-on with customers and essentially architect and deliver a successful adoption of new technologies and processes. Then, I like to take that knowledge and build organizations that help growing companies deliver upon their customer success goals. In summary, I like to make customers happy. In my professional journey, I have worked on the delivery of technical services to project management and organization management. I have been both a pre-sales engineer and a post-sales implementation consultant. I have created professional services organizations, customer support organizations, educational services groups and post-sales customer success organizations. I have worked with executives to deliver upon high-level strategy services and with system admins and users to fight fires and solve complex problems. I have created implementation methodologies, support plans, professional service offerings, training services and implemented customer success management. Besides making customers happy, over the years, I have gained expertise in a variety of domain areas. My particular areas of expertise are software development practices, supply chain management, and open source software.
