started my career in the Human Resources profession from 1997, having differentpositions across Egypt, Gulf, Saudi Arabia & East Mediterranean with 19 Years’ experiencein Human Resources. My first position in HR field was in 1997 at Bristol-Myers Squibb –Pharmaceutical company as HR Generalist, ME & S. Arabia and then has been promotedto the position of Compensation & Benefits Manager, Middle East on 2001 till 2009 the dateof joining Areva T&D.On January 18th, 2009, during my employment with Areva T&D (Transmission & Distribution),I held different positions, started with Human Resources Manager for Grid-Egypt andextended the area of responsibilities to cover Eastern Africa, with the position of HumanResources Manager for Grid Egypt & Eastern Africa in 2010.In 2013 Areva T&D has proceeded on the acquisition with Alstom Company, where Icontinued working with the same position for the Grid division. On May 1st, 2014 I have beenpromoted to the position of Country Human Resources Director for Grid, Power & TransportEgypt serving a population of 400 employees.On March 2016 Alstom has proceeded on the acquisition with General Electric (GE) and Icontinued working under the new company of General Electric as HR Senior Manager,responsible for Grid division, which considers as one of the biggest divisions for GE.During my professional experience in the Human Resources career, I have participatedin two acquisitions and was in both responsible for all transformation process for thecompany in EGYPT.I have conducted some training during my role as HR, Training & Development head withAreva, Alstom & GE in the following programs: Presentation Skills, PerformanceManagement as well as all Company new HR, Personal Systems, HRIS & Compensation &Benefits programs.At the beginning of my career from 1988 – 1997 worked in Triangle Group. Then GlaxoWelcome Egypt (GSK) –Pharmaceutical Company with the Logistic Director as companyrepresentatives in the ISO 9002 certificate preparation with the consultant from Hazem HassanGroup, taking over all the preparation of the policies and procedures for the company.
