• Conducting weekly and monthly assessment tests to check the performance and improvement of the students.• Identify the weak points of students • Supervising the abilities of students• Manage the PowerPoint presentation for students.• Provide conceptual knowledge and make them visualize the things.

Handling Responsibilities as the Head of the Department• Ensuring that the quality of educational provision is maintained and where possible enhanced; this includes acting upon the results of department surveys and other information about course delivery and teacher performance• Ensuring appropriate representation of staff at Presentation and any similar Ceremonies• Representing the Department, as required, at fundraising, and other public relations events• Ensuring that all the lecturers finish their responsibilities in the department.• Preparing the scientific plan of the department.• Contacting and visiting other companies to prepare workshops in the university
