• Contributing to the development and implementation of a comprehensive project plan, including timelines, milestones, and budget.• Contribute to review and updating on job market skills.• Prepare monthly technical progress reports based on the work plan & project guidelines.

-Provide and submit statistics and draft reports related to registration data, as requested. -Collaborate with protection staff and/or partners in the delivery of assistance and programming, including the provision of identity and entitlement documentation. and refer cases to other units within the office and to implementing partners as necessary.-Provide counseling to, and responds to queries from, asylum seekers and refugees regarding UNHCR's registration procedures and their rights and entitlements.

• Ensure timely and technically sounds planning, implementation and quality follow up of livelihoods productive activities, market development, distribution of micro business grants, all skills and self-reliance trainings, and the cash for work projects in the assigned areas of Azraq town and camp.• Enhance the quality of livelihoods programming throughout the project cycle through initiatives such as beneficiary consultation, market analysis, and innovation by conducting relevant assessments requested.• Prepare and maintain up to date work plans, in line with project and budget documents.• Contribute to the refining of data collection, business proposals, reports, photos.

• Directly supervising and coordinating the activities of all customer service employees.• Monitoring team performance, volume, and quality.• Providing feedback to management concerning possible problems or areas of improvement.• Drove performance by implementing/analyzing key metrics and dashboards.• Communicate effectively with other operations teams and departments in the other company’s branches and work to solve available related issues on daily basis.

• Assist the cash resettlement section in drafting all applications for refugees within the region.• Assist in cash distributions hosted by the cash unit.• Participate in regularly scheduled staff meetings• As needed, perform interpretation and translation for refugees based on conversations.• Perform other duties as assigned.
