- I was working with all communications regarding Workforce Management Systems (WMS) for volunteers of the FIFA World Cup 2022, through Fresh Desk and Rosterfy systems. My work involved in data entering while verifying workforce details, problem resolution, updating the system with the latest information about candidates’ applications, and monitoring their progress over the course of the recruiting process.- Drafting email content and layout to be sent out in response to questions from volunteers.- Arranging community events that will allow the volunteers to interact with and play with professional athletes from national teams. With teams from countries including Qatar, Costa Rica, Australia, Canada, the Republic of Korea, and Serbia, we were able to plan and deliver six successful sessions of community events.- Supporting my supervisor lead more than 20 Welcoming sessions for international volunteers, in which we welcome them, enlighten them about our beloved country culture and rules, lastly, we guided them through all their volunteering needs to have a great Journey. - Providing my supervisors with professional tracking reports that are in line with workforce management.- Directly collaborating with the international volunteer leads to assist them in resolving Hayya Card challenges for the international volunteers and providing their updated information to the MOI to assist in advancing their applications and be able to issue Hayya Cards for them.- Solving volunteers issues and concerns on the spot in the Volunteer Issue Resolution desk at the volunteer hub.

- At that time, our team embarked on a website renovation project, both for the company and the university, and I had the privilege of playing a key role. I was tasked with updating existing content, translating it to Arabic, running tests on the website, conducting meetings with each department to review the content on their respective web pages, as well as creating new an engaging content for the university's newly introduced pages. - Assisted the marketing team in executing campaigns aimed at promoting the brand, attracting students and trainees.- Created content for QFBA and Northumbria University's channels and managed social media accounts.- Participated in the preparation and successful implementation of the 2022 graduation ceremony.
