 Led the seamless migration to a new ride management and campus security systems, reviewing key issues on priority areas for the unit- resulting in improving department quality outputs, developing of safety protocols, and decreased business costs. Improved investigation workflow and processes by conducting video and access control system reviews, resulting in the development of a sustainable ongoing security process. Increased officer productivity goals through assessing traffic citation and crime data to compile into VBA data analytics - resulting in new ways of working for the department. Led a team of 80+ multi-generational employees across four distinct security programs to achieve the safest campus in the Nation in 2017 and safest campus in the state in 2019. Facilitated the development of industrial performance measurements, decreasing customer quality concerns while implementing internal quality and process audit programs. Successfully redesigned several standard technological operating procedures (SOPs) to facilitate better management and set work standards, resulting in the creation of a repository of employee training videos and documents.

 Studied quality metrics from Center for Medicaid Services, and completed certification for human subject protections in research and a HIPPA protections course. Performed in-depth analyses on large volumes of clinical data to identify trends in patient characteristics and the impact these characteristics have on time spent in each stage of the Emergency Dept. treatment process. Led continuous process improvement projects to evaluate emergency physicians’ daily behaviors- providing recommendations on process revisions and patient satisfaction improvements. Reviewed patient flow in all system emergency departments at Baptist Easley, Greenville Memorial, Greer Memorial and other hospitals, utilizing data collection methods to identify approaches to improve processes that impact patient flow. Conducted independent research analysis and extensive literature reviews to assess operations and patient flow challenges in high-volume emergency departments.

 Designed ergonomic fixtures in SolidWorks and fabricated using CNC machining, 3D printing, and other fabrication techniques. Developed VBA/ Six Sigma DMAIC type program methods for tracking and reporting inventory, proactively assessing cost- saving opportunities.  Partnered with senior engineers to implement waste reduction solutions, reviewing processes and procedures to optimize operational effectiveness. Redesigned operator workstation layouts for more a more ergonomically friendly layout conducive to the efficient flow of material. Executed ergonomic evaluations and data mining, in various departments to present recommendations for yearly priorities for department improvement efforts.

 Communicated with team members and upper plant management to provide insights on location inefficiencies, determining improvement plans that led to reduced waste and increased efficiency. Contributed as a team member on Shainin Red X investigation and resolution of top -line failure issues resulting in a cost savings of $250K per year. Created various e-learning materials to facilitate effective training of operators on how to streamline the scrapping process and reduce scrap costs.
