Costa Rica

Relocated to Costa Rica and purchased a 2000 acre, ocean view development on the southern pacific coast. Green Coast Pacific, SRL (GCP) was a master planned development comprised of boutique hotels, villas, luxury homes, and lots. A majority of GCP's assets were sold to a private equity group in 2008 with the remaining assets sold in 2010 and 2012.

Intervent USA is a global healthcare management company focusing on preventative health. Intervent USA was purchased by Nationwide Better Health in 2008 and has become an independently owned company again.

Extended Stay America (ESA) is one of the largest extended stay brands in the nation. As the Sr. VP in charge of expansion, we built 200+ hotels and, at the time, was the largest corporate owned hotel development company. ESA went public in 1998 on the New York Stock Exchange and was eventually purchased and taken private by Blackstone.

One of the nation's first budget extended stay hotel chains. Funded by Security Capital and built 75+ hotels. Homestead Village would end up going public on the American Stock Exchange and eventually purchased and taken private by Blackstone.
