Current• HRBP for 90 US employees and 300 global staff• Owns employee onboarding and offboarding• Maintains employee data in HRIS and performance tools• Project Manager for team, leading employee experience, cultural initiatives, benefits renewals, and performance review cycles• Iterates on pre-boarding and onboarding programs; Point of contact for payroll, benefits, employment verification, and exits • Oversees HR Compliance: I-9 verification, background checks, training enrollment, and new employee orientation• Analyzes survey results (Inclusion, pulse, exits) and makes recommendations to drive departmental goals on alignment• Develops and delivers communications across multiple channels driving People team initiatives
