CurrentOversee development and implementation of industry-wide programs and access procedures utilized to return to racing and full operations following the COVD-19 pandemic. Leverage experience and functional knowledge to manage program support for the daily operation of the Substance Abuse Policy and Program including testing schedules, random lists, and removals and reinstatements. Establish a solid foundation for success by providing substantial, independent program support for daily requirements of Racing Operations including program systems, race vehicle numbering procedures, entry blank preparation, and NASCAR / FIA licensing of race vehicle drivers. Manage and oversee budgets for two departments accounting for over $500M; partner closely with the accounting department on revenue forecasting. Provide high-quality technical assistance on substance abuse testing to teams, competitors, and officials.Manage membership revenue streams accounting for multiple divisions. Serve as an administrator to the NASCAR Appeal Process; ensure alignment with each series NASCAR Rule Book; skilled in coordinating appeals process and hearings. Implement program/policy changes and monitor program performance in close partnership with the Substance Abuse Advisory Council. Coordinate pre-license testing with competitors, race teams, and NASCAR officials with testing laboratory and collectors. Identify and implement Rule Book adjustments for Members and Substance Abuse Policy. Ensure clear and effective communication of program, procedures, and policy in collaboration with Collectors, the Medical Review Officer, and external labs; highly skilled in coordinating NEM federally mandated (DOT) testing internally and externally.
