As the Market Research Manager, I oversee a team of both competitive and consumer research analysts.-Competitive Research to ensure new program viability-Consumer Research to work in tandem with media marketing teams -Extensive project management to ensure exceptional data collection and analysis

As the Marketing Research Analyst, it is my responsibility to provide analysis on proposed upcoming programs within a University setting. This is completed by comparing proposed programs to industry standards and presenting in a professional setting. Responsibilities:-Research Proposed Programs in Industry-Research quickly expanding occupations for potential Program Proposals-Compile industry data to remain competitive within the industry

-Organize and present data to communicate current and future business needs.-Effectively communicate Company and Business Unit updates to all employees.-Handle and execute highly confidential reporting for Executive level consideration.-Primary liaison at regional, divisional, and executive levels.-Provide assistance to various events within the University -Moderate weekly meetings with EVP, Regional Directors, Managers, and Marketing Team.-Various projects involving business analysis, big data, forecasting projections, marketing needs, etc. -Work on multiple projects simultaneously to meet several important deadlines.

-Extensive work in CRM technology to organize student and inquiry information. -Achieving monthly targets of 3-5 enrolled students per month. -Daily phone activity goals, 1-3 hours Voice communication, 85-100 phone calls daily.-Attending bi-weekly regional meetings for monthly enrollment projections. -Working with potential students to walk through Financial Aid and Enrollment processes. -Retaining 85-100% of students on a monthly basis. -Extensive knowledge of Board of Education Standards in the following states: California, Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Utah, Nevada, Alaska, and Hawaii.

-Communicating with drivers for shipment information, updates, and driver emergencies. -Communicating with customers in US and Mexico. -Updating online TruckMate software to provide Customer Service Representatives with shipment updates. -Updating US and Mexican Customs documents for seamless import and export of shipments. -Assistance with Driver Payroll and Scheduling. -Assistance with 3PL and Brokerage entities of company.
