I’ve considered myself an artist since 2nd grade when I boldly used blue pastel in my orange pumpkin art project, but the diploma for Bachelor of 3D fine arts in 2019 made it official. In all seriousness though, my background as an artist has become the foreground of my career. My creative experience has made me a valuable asset in my roles as a web designer, CNC laser cutter operator/Jewelry-maker, as well as my personal business of designing soft toys and sculpture services.Perhaps most importantly, I design with acceptance and accessibility in mind—for LGBTQ+ and neurodivergent people like myself, as well as other marginalized identities.At my current position, I rely on proven skills with Adobe Suite, Wordpress & Woocommerce, and tech troubleshooting. Previously I have operated CNC machines including laser cutters, the drill press, and other power tools for the purpose of finishing metals, wood, and plastic. The work I do independently—my personal brand, with a website nearing launch—involves soft toy and sculptural figure design, mold-making and casting, as well as experiments in 3D printing, and more. Attention to detail is one of my greatest strengths in delivering custom, quality results to clients.I believe there is always an opportunity to learn, so I respond gratefully to feedback while on the job.
