Questions, comments, and concerns related to AOII's Network Structure and volunteers, and collegiate chapter operations. Chapter operations include, but are not limited to Standards of Excellence, probations, suspensions, status changes, event questions, chapter bylaws, recruitment recommendations, and execution of chapter action plans.

The ELC team serves as liaisons, ambassadors, resources, and educators to collegiate chapters and Alpha Omicron Pi members. They visit each of our collegiate chapters throughout the United States and Canada and work with those chapters to enhance programming and reporting; provide training and assistance in recruitment and overall chapter leadership/management, and provide enthusiasm and encouragement to collegiate members, officers, and chapters as a whole. ELCs supervise activities of assigned collegiate chapters; partner with Network teams and headquarters staff to implement and execute chapter development efforts; direct, teach, advise, and consult with chapter members in the areas of recruitment, chapter operations, retention, and alumnae development. They are also charged to evaluate, develop, implement, and monitor overall plans for collegiate chapters to achieve standards to be considered competitive chapters on respective campuses.
