Two terms of service College Coach and AmeriCorps member supporting 90 enrolled and 31 unenrolled, underrepresented college students with navigating barriers to a college degree at 3 major institutions in Oregon-Advised enrolled students in completing registration, financial aid, scholarships, and personal development opportunities to ensure students reach key graduation milestones -Lead and facilitate 5 diversity, equity, and inclusion dialogues and trainings to a 10-person functional team to increase understanding of barriers to educational equity -Co-develop academic and professional goals with college students to ensure they achieve their professional objectives-Document and track student interactions and growth using Salesforce CRM platform Key Accomplishments: -Networked, outreached, and contacted both external and internal networks as an External Relations Team Member to raise over $47,000 for Willamette Weeks Give!Guide fundraising event to support underserved students in the Portland Metro area-Sustained bachelor granting enrollment numbers among my 90 enrolled students during the Covid-19 pandemic -Organized and programed 3 student panels with 8 other College Coaches geared towards college student success and persistence with successful attendance from the High School College Possible ProgramKey project include: college student panels, interview readiness sessions, self-care promotional events, and individual and team data share outs to key leadership staff and board members
