Trainer/Sales Associate
Current- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their inquiries and purchases- Utilize point-of-sale (POS) system to process transactions accurately and efficiently- Maintain knowledge of current promotions, sales, and company policies- Assist in merchandising and restocking products on the sales floor- Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business- Meet or exceed sales goals regularly- Demonstrate product knowledge and effectively communicate features and benefits to customers- Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner- Collaborate with team members to achieve overall store objectivesMeeting and exceeding membership sales goals- Calling and reaching out by phone to guests wanting to try HOTWORX, scheduling appointments, and giving studio tours.- Keeping the studio clean and safe for all members and guests.
