As General Manager – People & Capability, Haley is a member of Calibre’s eight person Executive Leadership team and reports directly to the CEO and Managing Director. In this capacity she contributes to business strategy and goal setting across three operational divisions; namely Professional Services; Innovation & Advisory (white collar teams) and Construction & Maintenance (blue collar teams). Haley leads a team of 38 Human Resources professionals that support 2100 + staff across 37 offices and three countries (Australia, New Zealand and Singapore), developing strategies and programs for near term and long term business growth. Her team is responsible for ensuring that Calibre’s full suite of Human Resources services, policies and programs are aligned to corporate strategy maximizing the company's ability to attract, retain, develop and manage its most important asset – its people. As a certified Human Synergistics Accredited Practitioner, Haley has expertise in cultural transformation and organisational development. As the most senior Human Resource specialist within the business, Haley works closely with industrial relations, legal and leadership teams to address often complex (and highly confidential) people management issues. She is a key member of any cultural due diligence in the assessment of potential acquisition targets.In addition to her leadership role with Calibre she is a member of an executive peer group with the Male Champions of Change Institute (MCC) – an industry coalition focused on gender equality and achievement of change across the public and private sectors. The MCC is committed to improving diversity, gender balance and indigenous participation in the workplace. In addition to this role, Haley was instrumental in ensuring Calibre became a signatory to the Male Champions of Change program for Consult Australia, an industry group which endeavours to address the gender imbalance in technical consulting firms.

Responsible for the development and implemention of a range of attraction and recruitment services to support effective staffing levels. This role also managed the HR Business Partner model and was focused on ensuring that all recruitment and related HR systems were being used and were value adding to internal clients.Project design and implementation included:* Design & implement online recruitment system* Improve recruitment system and practices, including pre employment testing.* Develop useful metrics to measure effective recruitment & retention activities.
