For my Internship with CooperVision I worked for EyeCare Prime, a leading global provider of marketing services for the eye care industry.

As a marketing technology operations intern I:
-maintained meticulous records of accounts and their progress in our program for Sales Reps, Regional Directors, and other Executives
-contacted optometrists and their practices about information on beginning our service LensFerry S and provided them with excellent customer service
-used salesforce.com and other tools for data analysis and ran reports on program process weekly

My role as a Boutique Associate was to greet incoming customers, help them find what they are looking for, and inspire them to add more products to what they already had. Through this job I learned the importance of great customer service. I also learned how vital it is to achieve a store's daily goal in order to make sure the store is on track for the month. I worked during high stress shopping times: "back to school" in the fall & winter break/Christmas Eve.

I greeted customers and discovered what brought them into the store—always suggesting other items that might enhance their purchase. Skilled at using a cashiering system and very successful at selling “add-on” warranties for electronic items when closing the sale. I had many regular customers that looked for me to help them when they shopped at Office Depot.
