CurrentResponsible for promoting the Omega Yeast, Propper, and Top Crop brands through marketing campaigns, leading the digital strategy, content creation, social media presence, and acting as the SuperAdmin of the contact relationship and marketing automation database.- Manage and update the contact relationship database in HubSpot to ensure data accuracy and streamline communications.- Develop, implement, and manage workflows, automations, and sequences to improve lead nurturing, customer engagement, and operational efficiency.- Create and maintain dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights for marketing, sales, and customer success teams.- Create marketing materials, including emails, social media posts, and web content, ensuring alignment with brand messaging.- Develop and execute social media strategies, including copywriting and publishing, to enhance customer engagement and brand awareness.- Foster customer interactions on social media by responding to comments and messages promptly, collaborating with colleagues to address inquiries.- Manage reporting and data collection, delivering strategic insights.- Curate and update website content as the website administrator, ensuring timely and relevant information for users.- Lead annual customer feedback surveys, managing the collection of responses and implementing feedback for continuous improvement.- Create and optimize workflows for customer engagement through HubSpot, email campaigns, and direct mail initiatives.- Onboard new customers by setting up accounts and facilitating new customer communication.- Represent Omega Yeast at craft beer festivals and trade show events to promote brand visibility and connect with customers.
