As an educational leader with over a decade of teaching experience, I have a proven track record of fostering language acquisition and instructional excellence. My career journey has seen me excel as a bilingual, dual language, and LOTE teacher, progressing to roles where I influence broader educational strategies as a World Languages/ESL instructional coach and multilingual consultant at Region 10.Currently, I am leveraging my extensive background in education and support language departments as they continue their journey to proficiency. In this role, I build lasting client relationships and become a thought partner with coordinators and directors to create a plan to proficiency. My work involves conducting engaging presentations, supporting professional development, and ensuring client satisfaction through tailored solutions.Previously, at the Region 10 Education Service Center, I supported educators through professional development, customized coaching, and strategic planning. I also collaborated on initiatives to enhance ESL and dual language programs, contributing to statewide educational improvement efforts.I hold a Master's in Instructional Leadership from Sam Houston State University and a Bachelor's in International Studies from Abilene Christian University.
