Group Administrator for Energy Systems Engineering Group in the Energy and Environment Directorate

Assists Clinical Admin with clinical operations such as; printing 60 day comprehensive assessments and sending to physicians.Assists clinical leadership team in 90 day and annual evaluation scheduling and tracking, including communication to employees on self-assessment.Supports, organizes and coordinates activities for the Human Resources Department which includes processing of all new employee paperwork, and facilitation of C.N.A. and R.N. orientation.Prepares and maintains C.N.A. schedules which includes managing time off requests, entering schedules into the database, emailing the schedules and coordinating with the Nursing and Therapy Departments to accommodate the patient’s schedule.Assists with RN schedule as directed by Clinical Director/Admin.Schedules, facilitates and creates education for C.N.A. monthly meetings.Participates in special department projects as directed.Prepares reports, memos, letters, and other documents, using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation software as directed. • Assists with PAC meeting, as directed.Processes new patient admission packetsscreens new patient medical records and referralsverifies DOL white card benefits.sets up DME companies and verifies insurance. Files and retrieves branch documents, records and reports for Human Resources.Provides help with and responses to correspondence, telephoning, and any other tasks that might be requested related to clinical operations.Coordinates special events as directed and assists with marketing events in the absence of the admin/marketing assistant.In the absence of the Administrative/Marketing Assistant, performs duties of front office.Answers telephones, maintains voice mail and transfers for weekend On-Call and back on Wednesdays. Coordinates and maintains Office vendor accounts as directed.Performs personal monthly credit card reconciliation, used for branch purchasing.Performs other duties as assigned.
