I helped develop and implant a sales process for our comfort consultants to follow and lead weekly sales practice meetings. I keep tabs on our numbers and projections and follow ups. I am constantly looking for more tools that would allow our consultants to make sales, such as new closing techniques or financing options. I have helped develop and launch creative marketing campaigns. I, also, update social media, write blogs, create and implement email campaigns, and look for ways to promote our business within the community.

I learned how to create processes for certain jobs. I also worked closely with our marketing director, helping her to run our social media platforms. While working with her, I learned about SEO, direct mailings, lead tracking, and how to leave a great impression on customers. I helped implement a mobile dispatching software and taught staff how to use it.

I took the incoming calls and dispatched them onto the schedule for our technicians. I contacted customers to ensure complete satisfaction with our services and to schedule inspections of our work. I kept track of accounts receivable and input invoices from our suppliers.
