Create a unique event experience in line with Punch Bowl Social's brand.Group Sales Program Develop Punch Bowl Social Cleveland's venue Group sales strategy in line with generating an increase in sales by 10-20% year over year Plan and implement a sales and marketing strategy working to clear targets. Manage the sales and booking of events including dealing with inquiries, following upwith potential clients, meeting clients, and promoting offers via Social Marketing strategies.  Manage the events booking/management system (Gather) and record corporate, and social contact details in the Gather data management system. Ensure venue events are executed by the Operations and Culinary team, byensuring detailed event management schedules are prepared, and staff are briefed onclient needs, spatial, inventory and staffing requirements. Maintain effective communication and working relationships with General Manager, Executive Chef and Operations team, in order to ensure a joined up approach to the Group Sales program. Nurture and build relationships with current and potential corporate/private clients,conference agencies and corporate/private businesses.Finance Full responsibility for managing the venue Group Sales budget and profit and lossdetails, monitoring performance against agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) Analyze citywide sales data, visitor bureau data, interpret trends and forecast Group Sales volumes in order to maximize profits Assist the Senior Management Team to identify potential income generationopportunities from alternative outreach strategies to ensure the organization’s longtermfinancial viability Ensure effective systems for bookings and invoicing are in place, reviewing andupdating business processes as necessary
