Executive Director
- Develop and implement strategic plans that meet business objectives created in partnership with fellow members on the Board of Directors- Ensure the school meets accreditation compliance standards- Responsible for fiscal management that generally anticipates operating within the approved budget, ensures maximum resource utilization, and maintenance of the organization in a positive financial position.- Responsible for the hiring, training and retention of competent, qualified staff- Establishing employment and administrative policies and procedures for all functions and for the day-to-day operations- Ensure commitment to and compliance with all applicable laws and regulations across the organization- Create a culture of transparency and communication throughout the organization
