Working part time at Sea Wolf Bakers in the Fremont neighborhood of Seattle gives me the chance to be a part of an amazing team, get my hands dirty, and help create beautiful bread.

Working as a freelance graphic designer, I get to come alongside small businesses and organizations to help them reach the community around them. Being a one woman show, I move nimbly from front-end website design to marketing strategy and planning.

In our small office of 10 staff, I worked on every graphic design and visual arts project from start to finish either as creative director, project manager, or lead designer. I also oversaw our team of four volunteer designers that work in professional design and donate specific time to DCC projects through the year. Final assets ranged from web-based digital graphics to printed, long-format booklets.

At the Museum of Innovation and Science, I taught programs both on the museum floor and in the classroom. The audiences I worked with ranged from toddlers to teenagers to adults. Alongside teaching, I developed lessons and programs for field trip classes, gallery floor explanations, and summer camps. I also worked as a presenter in the Suits-Bueche Planetarium operating the GOTO Star Projector.
