Work closely with the Executive Producer to craft a cohesive long-term strategy for the CNN Audio department, including staffing, budgeting, and developing new and existing shows. Represent CNN Audio across CNN departments; identify opportunities to seamlessly integrate audio with other CNN platforms, including television, web, social media, and video. Collaborate with Business Operations and Marketing to make data-driven decisions around promotion of podcasts. Coordinate with Public Relations to streamline PR requests, produce live podcast events, and submit for awards. Develop and manage production for daily, weekly, and limited series shows on a range of topics, including foreign affairs, politics, personal finance, and health. Manage show production schedules and support other showrunners on their day-to-day and long-term planning, including developing workflows and other planning tools. Lead editorial, including writing and editing scripts and overseeing pre-interviews, guest booking, and host preparation. Ensure content is journalistically sound and is vetted by CNN Legal, Standards & Practices, and fact checking teams.

Produced radio and TV segments on major breaking news stories and in-depth longform features across North and South America. Worked across multiple teams to craft stories into radio pieces, podcasts, and documentaries. Researched and pitched stories, conducted pre-interviews, booked guests, and prepared correspondents. Expertly edited interviews, cut tape, and mixed audio. Wrote radio and television news and longform scripts. Collaborated with online writers and video journalists to turn their digital stories into radio pieces.

Worked with various BBC World Service radio programs to produce global news content. Helped BBC teams cover the 2016 US presidential election from London. Led a small team to relaunch the BBC's Global News Podcast, resulting in increased listener and engagement numbers.

Wrote feature stories on local Charleston events.
