CurrentPrepare and serve food and alcoholic beverages including wine, craft beers and custom cocktails to 500-5000 patrons a night. Study and memorize 50-100 food menus with presentation, 50 custom cocktails, 15 local beers and wines in order to give quality recommendations to guests. Maintain a clean, organized and well-stocked bar area by managing inventory.
