- Contract position for a summer outreach initiative. Community outreach going door-to-door throughout areas of Lynchburg City, Campbell County, Appomattox, Bedford, and Amherst to deliver care packages in effort to mitigate the rise of mental health issues and substance abuse issues resulting from the Covid-19 pandemic and help educate the public of additional resources available.- Attended local community events to increase awareness of Horizon's services and provide medication lock boxes, trigger locks, and medication disposal bags at no cost to those in need.

- 2021 Community Health Needs Assessment data entry team.- Entered the responses from the collection of 4,450 Community Health surveys into the online survey data collection system to provide a deeper understanding of the needs of the Lynchburg area (Includes Lynchburg City and surrounding counties of Campbell, Amherst, Appomattox, and Pittsylvania).

- Assisted while shadowing ultrasound technologists to learn more about the Ultrasound field.- Updated the protocol handbook for the department as a health education related project to benefit the site.- Cleaned and prepped the examination rooms.- Interacted with patients in a professional, health-affirming manner.
