- Manage all creative requests for the Beam Suntory account.- Work with Production Managers to ensure all assets and direction are clear for each creative brief and or request. Ensuring all die-lines, logos, and artwork files referenced are available to us and fill in any missing pieces. - Create job folders in Dropbox for each creative request.- Manage the lifecycle of current requests on Trello being sure to have any reference images, request information, and due dates.- Create creative estates for Print Ready artwork to ensure accurate billing. - Weekly report to track what jobs have been billed and current status of requests.- Interim Traffic Coordinator for Pabst Brewing Company account.- Work with productions managers on creative requests and traffic to the appropriate creative team within Innerworkings.- Create creative estimates for Print Ready and Concept work to ensure accurate billing.- Create job folders in Dropbox for each creative request.- Track all jobs via Smartsheet so each creative team knew current job status.
