I ensure the technology I present aligns with my customer’s needs and the company I sell for will be a good long-term partner. I never anticipated working in the technology field. I earned a degree in nonprofit business, driven by the desire to make a positive impact. After exploring various industries, I found my niche: enabling organizations to better serve their communities, customers, constituents, members, and missions through evaluation and implementation of back-office software. I’ve helped diverse sectors, including for-profit, non-profit, higher education and government agencies realize the power of ERP and CRM software. What I truly strive for is connecting with the organizations and companies I work with. We don’t just discuss challenges; we dive into their ultimate goals and future visions. I demonstrate how technology can enhance efficiency, effectiveness, transparency and enable them to reach their goals. Technology solutions should be streamlining processes, making our jobs easier and freeing workers to analyze data and make informed decisions, not roadblocks to our potential.My approach centers on team selling and fostering a collaborative atmosphere.
