As Franchise Sales Manager I am responsible for qualifying each new franchisee to ensure that the Jersey Mike’s brand is protected and represented by only the best candidates. I take pride in recruiting new franchisees that utilize their restaurant experience toward building a successful community driven business. Responsibilities include: • Implementing recruiting strategies to establish an efficient pipeline model, through which all new franchise candidates are filtered • Ensuring candidate’s investments and the Jersey Mike’s brand are both protected by completing interviews, background checks, and financial assessments • Managing the completion of Franchise Agreements, and expediting this process by working directly with the franchisees themselves • Building relationships with franchise organizations, groups, and initiatives
