Current-Manage team of 6 CSMs responsible for a collective BoB of >$10million ARR-Advise clients on how to reach their goals and be successful in their CSR programs through strategic consultation. Recurring connection calls, Executive Business Reviews, trainings and connecting clients to others in the Global Good Network. -Tracking the lifecycle of each client in my team's BoB to ensure they see ROI and are confident in renewing-De-escalate challenges that require leadership intervention-Experimenting how Blackbaud can best implement generative AI in our workforce through the Generative AI Program which is a group of employees in all departments using the scientific method to test projects of our choosing.
