- Work alongside the Ujima Director to plan programs that are beneficial for students academically, socially, and emotionally. - Create and post content on the Ujima social media accounts ~ Youtube, Instagram- Engage with students and guide them to different resources, specifically pre-med students - Act as a liaison on behalf of the director and ensure that there is accurate information flow to relevant parties

- conduct onboarding and debriefing sessions - ensure that participant has smooth transition into and out of the study- obtaining informed consent from the participant, so that ethical standards can be met- transcribing interviews- conducting literature reviews

When the Psychological Services Center receives new patients who consent to participating in the research, I add them to the database and update their demographics and appointment progress notes weekly. I also check for new consent forms in the mailroom weekly.

- I have one-on-one appointments with student-athletes and work on math courses they are struggling with (primarily pre-calculus and elementary calculus)-I fill out a report at the end of each tutoring session that summarizes the meeting
