Senior Manager, Local Operations
Current- Manage Contract Management Operations team whose responsibilities include handling contract amendments, correcting contract errors, credits, refunds and ensuring sales credit/bookings are accounted for correctly.
- Provide sales support to sales team members by making approvals and answering questions related to business rules and processes.
- Participate in end to end testing of new CRM and Salesforce instance.
- Make business decisions to drive efficiencies across the Revenue Organization.
- Work cross departmentally to develop new business rules and processes to better handle situations with our users and employees.
- Manage both people leaders and independent contributors, and focus on their career growth and development.
