In this position, I handled all customer service situations for the company, clients, employees, and guests. I also answered all of the company's call volume for all clients and circumstances and processed special payments for clients and customers. This position also involved completing VOEs, new hire paperwork, employee updates for clients, and professional employment information requests.

I spent the summer interning in Hargrove's HR department. I learned all about compliance procedures, benefit processes, employee auditing, and company itself. I met with the leader of every division of HR, and went over all aspects of their responsibilities, while also being provided responsibilities within each division.

I spent the summer interning and lifeguarding at a Christian, Church of Christ based camp. I worked very hard out in the sun, woods, and outdoors all day everyday. This position taught me a lot of patience and social skills since I was surrounded by people, young campers, and counselors countless hours each day. I was very blessed to have the opportunity to work at this camp! It's a wonderful and spiritual place!

Being an administrative assistant, I have learned many tasks. My current responsibilities include, but are not limited to, interpreting and handling insurance claims, records, and reports, preparing all incoming checks for the bank deposits, and maintaining accounts receivable and payable for customer files. I also record and distribute business letters for several clients and make sure they get worked. I receive all outside information and update and distribute tasks to our employees while attending to phone calls from the clients and assist in their account related queries. The most important responsibility I currently do for TBG is balance the account of our largest and most profitable provider. Simultaneously, this job has helped me learn the ins and outs of excel and access databases. I, also, occasionally will run our courier route for our clients if needed.
