I led a small team of people, all of who were coder-designer hybrids. We worked with the marketing team to ship a visual refresh of our web application and Excel spreadsheets. We developed a living style guide and design system for use by front end engineers across the company that applied to Excel spreadsheets, web applications, and internal Windows.

I designed Simply Measured’s logo, branding, and user interfaces for our main web application. I implemented user interfaces in Ruby on Rails. I designed and wrote a system that would render a subset of Excel spreadsheets in a browser as HTML/SVG, including charts, tables, and shapes.
