I managed hotel renovations including Sheraton Hotel at the Atlanta Hartsfield-Jackson Airport and disaster rehabilitation of a hotel in the North Carolina mountains. I also handled Contract Administration for five hotels in Ohio, Florida, and Georgia. This work included entering documents in Newforma, product submission reviews, and supplemental sketches of changes to contract documents.

Coordinated designs with consulting disciplines. • Managed turn-around re-design of parking deck at the Maynard Jackson International Terminal including a new facility structure as required by the owner. Provided oversight of the security considerations while coordinating with the Airport Authority security design program. • Managed the renovation of ICU waiting area for major Atlanta hospital.• Design for renovation of abandoned wing into ICU waiting room and connector corridor which included an environmentally sensitive roof garden and meditation area.

Led the design and construction document process for a wide variety of architectural projects. Managed design while providing client with improvements to prototypical plans. Provided innovative solutions for difficult site design requirements. Developed new designs for the incorporation of specific machinery and business operation requirements.• Managed contract administration of renovation of Atlanta retail shopping center including space for anchor grocery tenant. Provided solutions for problem conditions which required re-working of the design to accommodate unexpected conditions when walls were removed. Solved site problems for drainage and ADA compliance.• Managed design for design/build of apparel manufacturing facility, with adjoining administrative offices, in Thomasville, Georgia.
