I'm a bilingual (Spanish) employment attorney who represents and advises companies. And I'm an executive focused on improving diversity in the legal profession and helping diverse attorneys to thrive in their careers. As a lawyer, I am best-known for my litigation work. Recently, I first-chaired a federal jury trial on "reverse" race discrimination and won a defense verdict for my client.
