I am a Hand’s on Senior Service Manager with a proven track record of success in both the UK and EMEA, in Field Service Operations, Field Logistics Management, Call Centre Management and Account Management. With over 29 years of experience in the service industry, I have excelled in the Field Operational Management by ensuring consistent service excellence by the delivery of a well trained, well coordinated and motivated workforce., I have operated and held ownership for engineer models up to 400+ field and site based engineers however feel as comfortable working with smaller teams of engineers.By utilising Goals and Objectives, KPI’s and Customers SLA’s as a delivery corner stone I have been able to deliver to my employer and customer’s operational and service excellence.
