• My main activity is driving the startup Aiving which brings everyday progress tracking to complex sports using my dual expertise in figure skating and technology.Other recent projects:
• Built a model to monitor fetuses during brith and detect fetal hypoxia
• Built and iterated a CRNN model to detect heart rate abnormalities (multilabel classification) from ECG data (40k recording from 6 different datasets)
• Built and iterated a hand gesture recognition system from depth camera data combining different datasets for maximal reliability with the goal of used in airplane cockpits

• Designed a new system for judging figure skating and developed its software implementation in VBA.
• Pitched the project and secured a contract for its development
• Worked with a team of experts to ensure optimal user experience
• Developed a product from idea to a finished product
• System and software currently in use for Iceland’s lower level skaters

• Finalized the first moving neuromechanical model of the Drosophila melanogaster (fruit fly) in Python and compared its movements to real fly data.

• Performed signal processing and statistical analysis in Matlab on electroencephalography (EEG) data to study the effect of aging on the response to peripheral visual stimuli.

Developed a pipeline and algorithms in R to numerically estimate sub-functions of an improved Bayesian model for the discharge of rivers from riverbed and discharge data.

• Wrote and directed ambitious Christmas shows including over 100 skaters in 2012 and 2013, assisted in 2014 and 2015
