Colleagues describe him as "Mike is a class apart when it comes to Training and Development, particularly as a course developer. He can take the most challenging project in course development and deliver, as he did with the FCoE project when we worked together at Dell Force10. His knowledge of the range of development tools is quite amazing. He knows networks and has a sound, hands on deep knowledge of server architecture including blade chassis.
