I’m a jack of all trades, master of some of them. I have worked in Information Technology in some way or another for over 30 years. I grew from hardware repair to Helpdesk to systems administration and engineering. Extensive background in systems management lifecycle across multiple industries.Currently I work as part of a dynamic agile team supporting six separate Splunk clusters in private and public cloud with approximate total of 165+ TB daily data ingestion.Our team focus: * automate using ansible, shell and python * infrastructure build using Terraform * manage ci/cd pipeline with Jenkins and Github / Github Actions * investigate Splunk cluster issues across indexing and search head environments * collaborate with other teams critical to operations and onboarding * actively supporting 1000+ applications across enterprise teamFor the previous 5 years I was managing a Splunk environment ingesting 500gb per day with multi site search and indexing clusters. My role includes managing all aspects of the Splunk installation - cluster health, indexing, searching...Additionally I was lead architect in growing our Redhat linux environment from 0 to 400 servers and managing all alerting and monitoring solutions across our environment of 2500 servers.
