Social media was also important, and traditional media played a supporting role. But, for this company, face-to-face was perhaps the most important medium of all - so selecting the right events, and supporting them in the right way was central.Sales support collateral was also a big part of the role - and our work played a pivotal role in landing clients like Accenture, Microsoft, McKinsey, Disney, and more.I spent a couple of days a week with Igloo - and the rest of it was devoted to my longstanding consultancy clients. -
