Profile bio

About Hallie Neumann

I am a dynamic and creative professional with over 15 years of international experience in the U.S., Argentina, Brazil and Spain. For over a decade, I drove expansion and exponential growth for Blue Parallel, a global award-winning bespoke travel boutique for high profile and high net worth individuals. I am now a proud member of the Prior team as Head of Travel. As an empathetic and culturally sensitive leader, I am a keen observer of other people’s strengths, I know how to build relationships and productive teams with equal parts people and resources. At my core I am a problem solver and thrive under pressure and complex situations. I’ve rerouted yachts out of storm paths in the Greek islands and reorganized a trip to Machu Picchu due to a last minute railway strike. I've been tested - and I come up with results every time.As a creative producer I have an uncanny ability to translate a vision into experiential reality and create authentic, unique experiences. When a member of the Grateful Dead wanted to study and play with indigenous musicians in Guatemala, he turned to me and my team. l learned all about indigenous music traditions, sourced the best options and designed an unforgettable music recording session for the rock legend. Inspired by my extensive travels and visits to boutique properties I created Studio Saguaro in 2019 - a sustainably led interior decoration collective with a focus on well-being driven by our ethos that harmony of space creates harmony of mind.Specialities: project management, customer success, customer experience, team management, creative producer, business development & sales, leadership, strategic business operations, strategic partnerships, client management, problem solving, global expansion, experience design, interior decoration & styling
