As a Data Manager, I…- Conduct weekly audits of music sales data from over 300 retailers nationwide for executive review- Manage a list of contacts, store information, and geographic markets for all reporting retailers - Co-design internal data display solutions with programmer to improve audit efficiency- Oversee collection of sales data for Record Store Day limited edition titles- Provide support to partners by communicating regularly for data verification, POS system checks, and feedback- Develop organized, brand-centered graphic design for weekly, first day, and custom sales charts provided to partners- Design and execute weekly email send outs to partners consisting of StreetPulse and Luminate music charts

My first music industry position! What started as a summer internship following my sophomore year of college grew into a several-year-long position with Weston Management, founded by former Atlantic Records head of US promotion, John Weston. Here, I lead digital marketing strategy for Disney Channel actress/singer-songwriter Kayden Muller-Janssen and audio engineer Mark Everton Gray, among numerous other recording artists, producers, and other music professionals.
