Headed up a team of six engineers in a large scale archive project, the majority of which involved the hi-resolution digitisation of stereo and mono 1/4" analogue master tapes.The role entailed:- Choice of and appropriate alignment of tape machine to correctly replicate intended playback conditions (headblock, EQ, azimuth, project tones/MRL tones).
